What is the date and time for the RAVE celebration?

RAVE will be held on Thursday, October 12th from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm CT.

How do I register for the RAVE event?

What is the cost for a ticket to attend the RAVE event?

Ticket cost is $35 and includes transportation to and from the hotel and venue, a Texas BBQ buffet dinner from the award-winning Pecan Lodge, and an open bar offering beer, wine, seltzer and non-alcoholic beverages.

Will there be transportation to and from the Anatole to the Texas Ale Project?

Yes, buses will leave the Hilton Anatole periodically beginning at 5:30 pm, and begin returning to the hotel from the venue at 9:30 pm. Details regarding the pick-up location and specific time increments will be provided later.

What is the dress code for the event?

Denim and Diamonds is the theme for our celebration! We want to see your best jeans and bling – including shoes and jewelry. This is a business casual celebration. Please no t-shirts, crop tops, etc. Dress code is highly encouraged, but not mandatory.

Is there an agenda for the RAVE event?

A detailed agenda will be forthcoming. However, you should expect to have a fun evening of food and libations, recognition, networking, dancing, and plenty of memorable photos via a 360-photo booth!

Is there parking available for local attendees?

Yes, free street parking is available at the venue for those who live locally.
